Student Wellness at the University of Maine

A-Better-U-and-ME-logo-FINAL.gifA Better U+ME is a student wellness group with a variety of educational backgrounds. The group was formed in the spring of 2010 to promote healthy living on the University of Maine campus. We collaborate with other university organizations and support national wellness campaigns, as well as themes based on student interest. We hope to share resources with the student population that will help to guide you in making positive and healthy choices during your college experience and beyond. We hope to offer more resources to the student population as our organization grows and we become better known among the student population.

We are always interested in expanding the wellness services that we can provide to our community. If you would like to collaborate with our group or have suggestions on how you would like to make UMaine better for U+ME, please contact Brianna Woodworth, Wellness Educator on First class or call 207-581-4018
