EMMC is the single recipient in the nation of this prestigious award for 2008, joining only 24 other hospitals nationwide that have ever been given this honor.

EMMC is the only hospital in the country that has been named an Overall Best Performer in Patient Satisfaction for five years in a row by Avatar International—an independent survey company. We listen to the feedback from our patients, and teams of employees make changes based upon what patients tell us. As satisfaction with hospital care across the country seems to be in a decline, We’re proud to say EMMC remains in the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction in the Avatar database.
