The EMMC Anticoagulation Clinic is committed to maximizing the benefit of anticoagulation therapy for our patients. Our caregivers are specially trained in anticoagulation therapy, and will work closely with primary care providers to help patients manage their Warfarin and Coumadin dosing and to reduce side effects and complications during therapy.
Clinic services are available to any adult taking oral anticoagulants. A referral form must be completed by a primary care provider and faxed to 973-9971.
The Anticoagulation Clinic is located less than half a mile from Interstate 95 on Union Street in Bangor. When traveling towards the Bangor International Airport, we are located on the right at the EMMC HealthCare Mall, 915 Union Street, Suite 4. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (excluding major holidays), 7am to 4pm.
