• We take great pride in selected the best qualified candidates for our positions. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks from filling out the application to an offer being made.

• You should plan on an interview that could last 2 to 2 ½ hours.

• After we have received acceptable references and the Hiring Manager has chosen the final candidate, you will be contacted by a Recruiter in HR to be made a formal, conditional offer of employment.

• The hiring manager will select candidates they would like to interview. If you are selected, an Employment Coordinator will be in contact with you to schedule.

We communicate with an applicant primarily through email. Your application will be reviewed by an HR Representative within 24 hours. If you meet the minimum qualifications for the specific position you’ve applied for, your application will then be sent to the hiring manager for review. 

• Pay is determined by a recruiter during the HR interview process. This may be based on education and/or experience.

• You will need to bring a complete work history (meaning a list of ALL jobs you’ve ever held, up until now), any letters of recommendation you may have, and any references you may want to use, not listed on your application.
