Our Team

  • Angela Theriault

My name is Angela Theriault and I moved here to Maine from New Hampshire last year. While in New Hampshire, I worked at Dartmouth Hitchcock – Manchester in the Orthopaedic department. I worked with a fabulous team that set me on the road for success. I worked as a Medical Secretary there and have for over four years now. Currently, I am working for Retina Associates and the group I work with is outstanding. The similarities between the team I left and the team I have now are many and I feel at home here. It’s been great so far!

I have been certified as a nursing assistant, and Orthodontic Assistant and an administrator in medical office support. I have been in the medical field for quite some time.

I enjoy reading, music and love to go mountain biking in Bar Harbor. Walking is enjoyable and during the nice winter months, I can be found at a local park or some nearby trails. I tend to be more of a hermit in the cold weather months but I try to exercise most days of the week and always look forward to a good Stephen King novel!

  • Lynda West

Lynda West is a Maine native. She grew up in a small town, Embden, living the life of a country girl. At age 25 she met the love of her life, Bob, and moved to South Florida with him. They spent the next 17 years running their own business, a very successful photo lab, as well as becoming a specialized children’s photographer. Somewhere along the way with their busy lives, Lynda and Bob married, adopted 2 dogs, Opie and Lily, and had a son, Sam. When Sam started kindergarten, they knew it was time to sell the business and move back to Maine, to educate Sam in the New England school system, and the Maine way of living. They sold their business and home, and 3 years ago arrived in Bangor, Maine. Lynda comes to Retina Associates of Maine, and the EMMC family, with 2+ years of experience, her COA and a whole lot of photography experience. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking pictures around Maine, and playing with Photoshop on her iMac. She is truly grateful to be accepted into the EMMC family.
