This two hour session is designed to introduce you to EMMC’s Surgical Weight Loss Program. We provide a comprehensive program overview, introduce components of our program, answer questions, and discuss next steps with attendees. EMMC currently offers two to three seminars per month. Please call the program at 973-6383 to make sure that you meet criteria and if you do, then to sign up for an informational meeting. Or if you are more comfortable emailing you can contact Lynn Bolduc, RD, SWLP Manager to find out if you meet criteria. Her email is: Lbolduc@emh.org. To move beyond the informational meeting and support groups to formally begin the program you will need a medical referral form completed and sent to the SWLP by your primary care provider.
